LiveClick provides more ways to create Live Bookmarks that are faster and more intuitive than the traditional methods.

1. If you are visiting a site that offers a single RSS feed, right-click the page (anywhere that's not an image or a link) to bring up a context menu.

Click "Live Bookmark This Page..." then select where you'd like to place the new Live Bookmark. If you use this method, the page you are currently viewing will be used as the Live Bookmark's location while the discovered feed will be used as the Live Bookmark's feed.

2. If you are visiting a site that offers multiple RSS feeds, right-click the page (anywhere that's not an image or a link) to bring up a context menu.

Highlight "Live Bookmark This Page" and you'll be presented with a submenu of discovered feeds. Click the feed you want, then select where you'd like to place the new Live Bookmark. If you use this method, the page you are currently viewing will be used as the Live Bookmark's location while the selected feed will be used as the Live Bookmark's feed.

3. If you are visiting a site that offers RSS feed links (and Firefox does not automatically discover them), right-click the link to bring up a context menu.

Click "Live Bookmark This Feed Link..." then select where you'd like to place the new Live Bookmark. If you use this method, the page you are currently viewing will be used as the Live Bookmark's location while the selected link will be used as the Live Bookmark's feed.

After creating a new Live Bookmark via any of these methods, visit its properties to change title, location, or feed, or to monitor the feed for new items.

Why does "Live Bookmark This Feed Link" appear on links that aren't feeds?
LiveClick does not test the validity of a clicked link. You can still create a Live Bookmark with an invalid feed, but I don't know why you'd want to.
